Do I need to be a member to purchase from PURE Pickleball & Padel's Pro Shop?
Yes. Our Pro-Shop is only available to new or existing PURE PASS buyers. Add your PURE PASS to your cart and then continue shopping. You will the respective discounts in your cart. The membership is good for one year, so come back as often as you want, and you will automatically see the discounted prices.
Can anyone purchase a PURE PASS and receive the awesome deals?
Absolutely! Anyone in the U.S. can enjoy the benefits of being a PURE PASS owner.
How do I log in after I have purchased a membership, so I can get the discounts?
Great news, no log in required. Just checkout with the same email address that you used when signed up, and you will automatically receive the discount. Your membership is good for one year from the time of original purchase.

Do you ship internationally?
We only ship to the U.S. right now
Who will be shipping my order, PURE or the manufacturer?
We work directly with the manufacturers and transmit your order quickly to them. They typically ship within 2 days from receipt of the order. Times may vary during high traffic times, such as holidays.
What is your return policy?
Since you will be receiving your equipment directly from the manufacturer, you ship it back to them directly. Please hold on to your packing slip in the event you need to ship anything back.
